Orthodontic Assistant

Donna assists Dr. Martin with patient care at our Lake City office. She’s also in charge of ordering and stocking clinical supplies, lab work, and sterilization. With us for over 16 years, Donna has seen many patients come in with shy smiles only to leave with beautiful, confident smiles. She loves seeing the changes that occur in our patients’ personalities as they undergo orthodontic treatment.

Donna’s family includes two sons, one grandson, and one granddaughter. Her free time is spent working in her yard, shopping, reading, and attending church.

Lori

New Patient and Financial Coordinator

Lori began working at Martin Orthodontics in 1990, first as an orthodontic assistant and now as our new patient and financial coordinator. She guides new patients through their initial consultations and answers any questions that they may have regarding the initial phases of their orthodontic treatments. She also handles everything from most of the finances, insurance, billing, and any additional patient needs. Lori loves seeing the amazing changes that happen as a patient becomes more self-confident and outgoing following orthodontic treatment.

In her free time, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband, Vernon, and children, Travis and Addie, as well as their four-legged family. She is a board member for the Columbia High School Soccer Booster organization and a member of the SAC committee for Westside Elementary. In her spare time, Lori loves watching her son play soccer and cheering on the University of Florida Gator football team with her daughter.
